Usually I don't post on Tuesdays but now I do. Today I saw a Facebook status by Green Kitchen Stories. It was about Wild Berry Tart. The tart looked so tempting that I decided to make one. I didn't go to forest - to that I was way too lazy but in the garden we have redcurrants and gooseberries so that direction I went. Here's a result. Because of my berries were quite sour - my tart needs sweet ice cream. I didn't use lemon and I used melissa instead of mint. Of course I had to make a pic of it.
