Mood Board

Syksyllä tein omasta tulevasta blogistani mood boardin. Se on tässä.

I've been thinking about blogging at least over one year now. I wasn't sure and of course when the question is about writing - I really had to think about it. But last autumn I took part in Blogging Your Way e-course by Holly Becker from Decor8 and Leslie from a Creative Mint. A lot of good and useful tips, ground rules and ideas! That was a good starting point for me. In that course I made a mood board about my forthcoming blog. Here it is.

Paljon yksityiskohtia - ehkä vähempikin olisi riittänyt.
Maybe too many details  - less is more.

Ja kolmen kärki prosessista nousi jälleen kerran ylitse muiden: Work it. Kill your darlings. Less is more!

As you can see - here I'm and so happy about it!  I remember that I promised on e-course to do a time-lapse video and this weekend I made it. In this video I'm building a new mood board about my blog. Even though it already exists. In the beginning there's never too much thinking about what you are doing or what would you like to do... This was good training for my artistic eyes. It wasn't easy but I learned and most important I had fun!

Check out my video of making the mood board. Yes, I know...small is beautiful, don't even try to enlarge it ;) ...enjoy!

  2. Very beautiful and nicely done! Every time you changed the board after a beautiful layout it made me cringe, but you only created something even more beautiful!
